82nd Annual Meeting

Itasca-Mantrap held its 82nd Annual Meeting June 13 at the Itasca-Mantrap Electric Cooperative. Nearly 400 Members and guests attended the meeting which featured a lunch catered by Mainstreet Meats.

The business meeting included reports from Itasca-Mantrap Board Chair Behrens, President-CEO Christine Fox, Marketing and Member Services Manager Nikki Torkelson, and a presentation from 2022 Youth Tour delegate Jacob Lof.

Director elections were held for a three-year term in Districts 1, 2 and 3. Incumbents Brian Behrens, Pat Roehl and Terry Cook, were uncontested and re-elected by acclamation.

Prizes were given away such as floral arrangements and five $200 energy certificates.

There was no other business, and the meeting was adjourned at 1:05 p.m.
