Cogeneration and Small Power Production

Itasca-Mantrap will help you to interconnect your own electric generation equipment with our system. Your safety and the safety of our employees is of the utmost importance, therefore all interconnection applications are contingent on the equipment and interconnection obtaining certification from a State of Minnesota licensed state electrical inspector. Members who are interested in installing their own solar or wind system for interconnection must use NOVA Power Portal. Browse interconnection information, status of your projects, and information about installing your own renewable energy system.

Itasca-Mantrap Cooperative Electrical Association has available and will provide free information to all interested Members regarding rates and interconnection requirements.
