83rd Annual Meeting

Itasca-Mantrap's 83rd Annual Meeting will take place Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at the Itasca-Mantrap Electric Cooperative. Doors will open at 11:30 a.m., with lunch to be served. This year's lunch will be catered by "Main Street Meats".

This meeting will include the election of the directors for districts 6 and 7 (by acclamation), reports from the Board Chair and CEO, an update on Itasca-Mantrap business and a presentation from 2023 Youth Tour Delegate Tyler Officer.

Director elections will be held for three-year terms for districts 6 and 7. Incumbent Tim Kivi and challenger Charles Church are the candidates for District 6. Incumbent Dan Breitbach was uncontested and will be re-elected by acclamation for district 7.

Voting online will close on June 10. Check your email for an "election passcode" that was provided to you by Survey & Ballot Systems (SBS).

Prizes will be given away during the Annual Meeting, which include floral arrangements and five $200 energy certificates.
